I added wind and a setting for it makes it cooler

one bug added by accident: if you click to turn wind on its on forever so just click start and main menu to restart game

i added pillars around the platform that look cool and they can be toggled

re added/ fixed the menu screen and also added particle controls from said menu screen like on/off and CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mode, see for your self for what that means
